The following chart is meant to help estimate how much rolled fondant you will need for 1/8 inch coverage on your cake. These are only estimates, and they may have to be adjusted to fit your decorating plans:

Find the square inches of your cake and multiply that number by .00444 and you will have the total pounds of Fondarific needed to cover your cake.
*On average you will only need about 6 oz. of Fondarific for every 10 oz. of other brands.
